Kurdish Rugs

 

   Kurdish people mostly live in the northern mesopotamia mainly in SouthEastern Turkey Northwestern Iran, Northern Iraq and Northeastern Syria they usually live on highlands.

Brownish madder reds are the ground of the Kurdish rugs; white, yellow, and green are employed in the pattern. Their rugs are usually divided into three sections. The design huge geometrical affairs usually being the same in each section. They are very durable and soft, your feet fairly sinking in the long pile as you step on them.
