Circa 1930's Avanos Turkish carpet from Central Anatolia. This is a prayer rug made in a village of Avanos disctrict for the personal use of the weaver for praying purpose. That is why all the patterns used on the rug are own selection of the weaver as she liked to weave. This fact makes a rug even more precious and unique.
Take a look at the patterns clearly, beautiful cones on borders, hanging fancy light on center which represents the mosque, ewers on top. It is a work of art rug.

Condition of the rug is ok. There is only one small ripped part. Please check the last photo to see the ripper part. We didn't repair it to keep the originality of this unique rug.
